   The building "Palazzo Crocione"
When the owners of Dimora started a renovation of their property, they have discovered the fascinated frescos of XVIII century. Than a restoration work was carefully completed by well know artist. In the result whole interior was covered by a treasures of majolique of XVIII century. This building is a testimony of exciting historical period when Positano in 1668 received its independence

from feudals paying the price of 12.434 "ducats" and announcing it as "Citt� Regia" that gave Positano an impulse for development. By building their own harbour and navy and establishing a commercial relation with Greece, Cyprus and middle Eastern Countries, bringing spices and other precious product. Through that time many houses were built in Positano in the baroque style, using the best materials of that period.
